Thereapeutic Thursday

Thursday morning I surprised Micah with a couples massage. Talk about heavenly! I have never had a massage before and I have decided that is something that I need to do often!

I don't have a picture of the massage...good thing I should say! But I do have a picture that I promised to take for my friend Jill. Each morning I try to have a breakfast of fruit, an english muffin, and maybe a dr. pepper (shhh....don't tell my mother) while I enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Fabulous!!

Wet and Windy Wednesday

Wednesday was a windy day but the sun was shining! Micah and I went out to breakfast and enjoyed a "day" date. Then we came back and decided that we had to enjoy the warm beautiful sunshine, even if it was a bit windy. Luckily the pool is heated and the hot tub is hot!

There definitely wouldn't be any confusing me for a swimsuit model, but I do love love love to swim. And I can't even swim very well, but I love the feeling of being in the water. It is a good bet that a few people might have suffered some eye damage from my white skin, but it was sooooooo much fun!




Ella didn't like the chilly weather too much, but she did have a good time running around and sitting with Serena.


Once again, Sam slept through most of the partying...he was even still in his pajamas!!

Serena kept watch over Ella and Sam. And she let us use her waterproof camera to take all teh pictures with!

Terrific Tuesday

Tuesday was another beautiful day! We ran some errands and took the kids to this fabulous playground. It has swings and slides, but looks like a medieval fort. The kids had a great time. Ella's favorite thing was the swings. Serena went with her and sat in the swing next to Ella's. If Serena tried to move Ella would send out a royal decree (screech and point) to send her back into the swing.
Porter was winking at me from the top of the fort.

Cool man with the sunglasses. It warmed up quickly and soon all the jackets and layers were coming off.


Sam slept through it all.


Harmon loves the swings too. He spent most of his time swinging. Which reminded me of when he was little and we had a swingset in the backyard. More than once I woke up and found him outside swinging, and still in his pajamas!

Seriously, I am in love with this cute girl. She just cracks me up. I am so glad I have a girl!!

Marvelous Monday

Monday was absolutely GORGEOUS!! We had a picnic at the beach and the kids played in the sand and water. Micah and I went on a nice long walk while Serena, Micah's sister, watched the kiddos. It is marvelous to be able to have some time together. Micah has been flying nights so we are doing day dates or day outings.


Ella had to put her arm up to shield her eyes just like Harmon. she is so funny!
