Micah saw this beautiful art drawing on the wall and was a tad bit mad. He asked the boys who was responsible for this mess! Their response?
H: "I don't know...maybe it was Porter!"
P: with a shoulder shrug "Uhhh...maybe it was Ella."
Micah: "Yah right, now tell me who did it!"
At this point I stepped in. "Uhh..it was Ella. I saw her scribble on a box the other day and those look just the same."
And voila...a masterpiece! Good thing it was washable marker.H: "I don't know...maybe it was Porter!"

Then Friday night Micah took the boys camping for the father and son campout. Ella was pretty mad about not getting to get in the truck with the boys. We waved goodbye and came in the house. She was still pretty hot and wanted down. As soon as I let her down she crawled over to the magazine holder and proceeded to empty it out and what did she find? A topless brown marker...that looked suspiciously like the one she must have used earlier in the week. She showed it to me, dropped down to her hands and knees and crawled as fast as she could (yep, she's not really walking yet) over to the wall. And this is what happened:
I heard a fuuny line the other day....The reason Grandparents and grandchildren get along so well is they have a common enemey.
ReplyDeleteIt seems Ella was out to show who was boss. She is a smart little one to be hiding the marker for future cayos.
She's a cute little thing. :) Sneaky too. lol
